My Path in Jyotish
I came to Vedic astrology not as entertainment, but as a disciplined study of time, karma, and human experience. Years of training in the classical texts gave me a foundation in systematic chart analysis and the research ethos that defines serious Jyotish today.
As a practitioner of this tradition, I hold myself to its standards: depth over drama, intellectual honesty, and respect for the śāstra without sensationalism. Whether in consultation or research, my aim is the same — to apply classical principles with clarity, humility, and care.
Training
Comprehensive study of the Parāśara and Jaimini systems — lagna analysis, vimśottarī dasha, divisional charts (navāṃśa, daśāṃśa, and others as relevant), and predictive techniques, with an emphasis on scholarly rigour and evidence-minded practice.
Approach to Practice
I believe Jyotish serves best when it illumines rather than frightens. Consultations focus on understanding planetary patterns, dasha periods, transits, and the karmic themes visible in a chart — always with the understanding that astrology describes tendencies and potentials, not a fixed fate.
Beyond individual readings, I am committed to research that tests astrological hypotheses against real-world observation — adding to a growing body of evidence-based work in the field.
